How reliable is the data produced? How much further validation is required? Which areas still need specialist niche codes? Is it wise to use general-purpose commercial codes and assume the results are correct? Is it ever ok to use a CFD solution and rely on non-validated results? How far from validation cases can you go before further validation is required? Are we too cautious or too bold in our decision making?
