The seminar will focus on Case Studies and Workshops which will set out the challenge and benefits of delivering reliability through building sustainable relationships amongst rail sector partners.

You will gain an understanding of how the rail sector managers, responsible for delivering performance, are collaborating to improve the reliability of trains and the railway (what works well, what doesn’t work so well). You will also get an overview of activities since the last fleet reliability conference and have an opportunity to contribute to the agenda for 2011.
