Overview
This year the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Annual
Dinner takes place in a new and exciting location.
Join the Institution in celebration of
engineering excellence – and in particular 50 years of supersonic travel
– at the newly-opened museum Aerospace Bristol, housing the final Concorde ever
built, which will provide the spectacular back drop for a memorable night of
networking and fine dining.
You will enter the venue by strolling through Concorde
itself, taking in its iconic and entirely unique design, and then proceed to
join a welcoming networking drinks reception followed by a spectacular
three-course meal and awards ceremony, featuring a speech from Bloodhound SSC Chief Engineer Mark Chapman.
With 2018 the official Year of Engineering, the evening is
the perfect opportunity for you and your organisation to celebrate and show
your support for the engineering community. Entertain clients, network
with colleagues and reward employees in the company of the most influential
engineers and industry leaders from around the world.
The Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Aerospace
Bristol have a shared objective to inspire the next generation of engineers and
we are confident that you will feel inspired by the Dinner and its
