Overview
We are pleased to announce that camping for the Formula Student 2019 competition is now available to book.
As in previous years, this will be located at the Whittlebury Park campsite and will be open from 12:00 Tuesday 16 to 12:00 Monday 22 July. Camping pitches will be available in 6m x 6m spaces with each accommodating up to 6 campers. Tents for 6 or 8 persons will also be available to hire for the duration of the competition (bedding not provided).
As for electrical hook-ups, one compulsory 16amp hook up will need to be purchased with each booking and you can purchase additional power hook-ups if required. Extension cables will be available to hire from the campsite operators (subject to availability) but you will need to provide EU/Rest of the World – UK adapters for any appliances.
To book your place at the campsite for this year’s competition, simply download and fill in a booking form, making sure you have read and understood the T&Cs, and send to eventenquiries@imeche.org to secure your place.
