WORKING GROUPS: PERFORMANCE-BASED MANAGEMENT
HOW TO MAXIMISE THE IMPACT ON AIRWORTHINESS
Delegates will divide into four groups and discuss the application of PBM. They will be asked to discuss the pros, cons and challenges of implementing PBM. The working groups will aim to synthesise the morning’s presentations and provide further understanding of how this will impact your role.
How can PBM be successfully applied in each sector of the airworthiness lifecycle?
These working groups will allow you to increase your awareness of the impact of PBM
in your industry and understand what best practice already exists.
These discussion groups will be led by:
Peter Moores, Chair - AirTAC, Institution of Mechanical Engineers
John Bristow, Visiting Professor, Cranfield University
Bob Simmons, Director, Baines Simmons
Roger Holliday, Airworthiness Consultant

FEEDBACK OF DISCUSSION POINTS
Delegates will be asked to feedback their discussion points to the room and offer their thoughts on PBM, with the view to taking questions from the attendees.
