Nick Sanders is a founder and operating partner at Better Capital LLP, the Private Equity Turnaround Specialist and Executive Chairman of Gardner Aerospace. An engineer by qualification, he spent his early career in the Aerospace industry initially with Rolls-Royce and then Lucas Aerospace. He joined CompAir (an air compressor manufacturer) as CEO in 2002 and led the buyout of the business with the backing of Alchemy Partners.
