The IMechE Automobile Division Annual Lecture will outline how Autocraft has managed to achieve its transition through its adoption of business planning, culture, R&D and key industrial technologies which it has developed.
Autocraft was a traditional engine remanufacturing company based in Grantham with 98 people and £7M of turnover. 13 years later the business employs over 450 people across 3 sites in the UK and one in the Netherlands and is now a European leader in manufacturing and remanufacturing of engines (ICE) and a world leader in the testing, repair and remanufacture of EV batteries.
