Overview
Early booking rate available until 23 March
Knee replacement is now more frequently performed than hip replacement, yet it is more expensive and less effective. The financial environment and patient expectations demand improved outcome at a lower cost. This event will showcase the revolutionary solutions now available, stimulate debate, and help shape the future of this essential area.
Knee 2009 will see international opinion leaders present clearly defined ideas. Areas of debate will include:
- Advances in early intervention strategies
- Traditional surgery vs computer-assisted surgery
- Early vs late intervention
This event will bring together surgeons, academics and engineers to share knowledge and to benefit from each other’s experiences, successes and frustrations.
There will be 63 presentations, and frequent question-and-answer sessions. The conference also features a drinks reception and a banquet. For details, please see the full programme.
