With the application of ALARP varying greatly depending on technical and economic context, ALARP 2016: Risk Management for Engineering will bring together thought leaders across the engineering functions to discuss solutions in risk management.
With ALARP cases being examined by regulators for legal and regulatory purposes, understanding best practice and how to prove that ALARP has been properly implemented is key to delivering effective risk management. Sessions will allow for a comprehensive insight into how ALARP cases work in the operational field, whilst also addressing how to ensure return on investment and that the risk management remains proportionate.
This must-attend one-day seminar explores the various methods of implementing ALARP in different engineering contexts and how to demonstrate that it has been implemented correctly. Sectors covered include Rail, Oil and Gas, Power and Defence
