Overview

The EMC in Railways 2018 event will provide insights and knowledge into the latest developments of Electromagnetic Compatibility design from a systems engineering perspective, whilst providing key information on relevant case studies and examples.

It also aims to unveil the future and emerging technologies and impacts on Railway system design, both at low and high frequencies.

The talks will be delivered by major stakeholders such as railway infrastructure owners and large design houses.

Topics will include:
• EMC and Digital Railway/WiFi on trains etc.
• EMC Lineside communication issues
• EMC Railway measurements
• EMC Legislation and Brexit implications
• Harmonics and resonances effects on the railway
