Yes. If you can no longer attend an event and would like to send an alternative delegate in your place, please submit the changes in writing to eventenquiries@imeche.org.
We require the name of the delegate who is no longer attending and the following details of the replacement delegate: Full name, job title, company, email address and IMechE membership number (if applicable).
Please note there is no charge for changes to delegates unless you are changing from a member to a non-member, in which case the difference will need to be paid.
