Important info regarding COVID-19
The Institution is holding face-to-face events in line with UK Government guidance and with risk mitigation strategies in place to protect attendees and staff.
If the official guidance changes to the extent that we are forced to cancel a physical event, the Institution will, in the first instance, endeavour to hold the event in an online format. In this case, you will be given the option to transfer your booking to the online event, and any difference in cost will be held in credit, to be used on a future event within 12 months.
Should an online edition of a cancelled physical event not be possible, or if you do not wish to attend the online event, you will be entitled to receive a credit of the amount paid, towards a future event of your choice. If no acceptable events are scheduled, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If delegates are unable to attend at short notice for any reason (including exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or having to self-isolate), and it is not possible to send a replacement delegate, please contact us to discuss your options. Otherwise, our standard terms and conditions apply.
It is likely that these measures will remain in place at least until the end of 2021, unless changes to UK Government guidance necessitate earlier review.
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will incur a £25 + VAT cancellation fee.
Replacement delegates are welcome at any time. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us to discuss your options.
The Institution reserves the right to cancel any event. In this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged. In the event that the Institution postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, they will receive a full refund of the fee paid.
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics.
