Institution AGM & Presidential Address

Overview

Join us on 27 May for two important meetings: the 168th AGM for Corporate and Associate Members, followed by the Presidential Address, open to all.

Agenda:

Annual Meeting: presenting the Trustees' Report and annual accounts along with the announcement of the results of the Trustee Board and Council Elections.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting. Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-law 38). Proxy Votes will be accepted.

Presidential Address - open to all

Led by Professor Richard Folkson, President, and Stephen Tetlow, Chief Executive of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Light refreshments will be available from 4.45 pm in the Marble Hall at One Birdcage Walk.
