• 10 years’ experience in end-to-end lifecycle of railway rolling stock, (heavy rail passenger train) asset management governance and depot operation management. • Maintenance management and asset life-cycle planning of various rolling stock passenger train type for Tung Chung Line (Metro), Airport Express Line and Disney Resort Line. • Experience in managing a depot as a landlord to ensure safe & efficient working environment, set-up seamless depot operation mode, establish collaborative relationships among various stakeholders and contractors. • Experience in major incident investigations to deep dive into root cause, develop preventive and remedial measures. • Act as the future user, to lead a team to support for mega SHD redevelopment project with expanded depot capacity, functionality, and depot podium top side property development.
Jack Evans is a management Graduate based at St Philips Marsh Depot, Bristol. Graduating with a MEng Mechanical Engineering and Management from Liverpool John Moores University, he has now been in with GWR for one year. Jack has gained shop floor competencies at the depot working on 15X and 16X DMUs and has Heritage Rail experience the last 11 years, both operational and engineering related.
